Здравствуйте! Возникла проблема!! Вчера манипулятор смены инструмента несколько раз застревал в одном положении, пришлось выкручивать болт на двигателе. Но в конце смены, после перезагрузки станка, и очередного выкручивания лапы, во время команды на смену инструмента, магазин начал вращаться без остановки. Пришлось нажать кнопку сброса, но он встал не ровно и выдал ошибку ex1022.. Почистил оба бочонка, помыл фильтр и залил свежее масло. В чем может быть причина, стоит ли звать слесарей, или можно справиться самому?

Снял двигатель на барабан, и тихонько повернул зубчатое колесо в начальное положение, на мониторе ошибка исчезла. Поставил все на место, начал прогонять магазин по кругу. На 4 круге лапа застряла снова…

Скорее всего  проблемы в энкодере двигателя магазина, не видит реферной метки потому и крутит в попытках ее найти. после снятия двигателя возможны как раз проблемы с позиционированием, Слесарей звать, и лучше вместе с наладчиком, чтобы перепривязать магазин после ремонта.

Hello,

I’ve been googling couple of days and tried to solve the problem with alert 1022. Machine is new to me, Takisawa TC-20 from -90’s.

It seems, I get the alert when tool change is executed, either by running a program or executing MDI command.
The turret is properly rotating and changing the tool, but afterwards it gives the alert 1022 M.S.T.B signals are not completed. I’ve executed program in single block mode.

I’ve checked some manuals and params. The tool change should occur with command:

Txxyy (xx tool number, yy offset number)

But I don’t know, if commands M6 or P9020 would be needed?

After googling, I found param 6080, but this is empty for me?

It also seems, I’m missing 9000-programs, I’ve adjusted #3202 bit4 to show 9000-programs. There is one custom made program, which does not relate to tool change or anything, but this has verified I see the 9000-programs properly.

So my question is:

– Would I need the 9000-series program for tool change?
– Or is there possibly built-in tool change program, which just doesn’t show up and the alert 1022 relates to something else than missing 9k-program?
– If 9k program is needed, would someone have source for the original program, which I could copy?

У нас аналогичная ситуация, залило движок Fanuc ai sp 5,5 отдали в перемотку, во время разборки мотора перемотчики убили датчик энкодера MZ, вместо убитого был поставлен новый датчик, с ним станок проработал 1-2 смены после чего начала появляться ошибка 9073 motor sensor disconnected, после этого разобрали мотор до датчика и обнаружили биение зубчатого колеса датчика относительно вала. Биение устранили, двигатель собрали, после этого датчик перестал правильно отображать обороты (чем дальше отодвигаем датчик, тем ниже отображаются обороты и наоборот) А, при рекомендованном Fanuc зазоре 0,16 мм вместо 30 оборотов показывает 80-100. А сегодня вообще перестал показывать обороты, при этом не выдает никаких ошибок. Посоветуйте что делать?
